We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Business Development Representative to help open doors for us in the Dallas market with small and mid-sized businesses.

 

In this position, you will play an instrumental role in growing the Dallas market through the identification and development of new clients. You will utilize your exceptional client relationship and communication skills to set meetings with key decision-makers in targeted clients and close new business.

 

We are looking for a “hunter” who has a successful track record in the Dallas market; has developed excellent relationships and built trust with “C-level” executives and their direct reports; and who has their finger on the pulse of the market.

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Continually develops new business by identifying target clients, networking with individuals at key associations, and meeting with target clients.

 

  • Meets with potential clients and identifies their pain points and offers solutions, gets a commitment and closes the deal.

 

  • Cultivates and expands existing business relationships through frequent communication and regular client visits.

 

  • Ensures approved business contracts are executed by taking responsibility for the completion of all engagement paperwork, including the timely receipt of signed engagement letters, as well as continuously updating system-tracking data.
